Phase 104

Submit Your Golden Ticket

This flow collects the basic Golden Ticket information needed for OurLocal platform access and member-to-member identity. Your receipt photo is private review evidence. It is not public and it does not show during ticket bumps.

Hard boundary

This is not official hall verification.

This is for OurLocal platform access and member-to-member identity only. It is not official dues verification, official union membership proof, hall approval, dispatch authorization, book status, referral eligibility, grievance authority, legal authority, or official hall action. Always verify official matters directly with the hall.

Required information

What the submit flow should collect

  • Display name
  • Local / LU number
  • Classification
  • Card number
  • Type A / BA / Other
  • Paid-through date
  • Traveler status
  • Receipt photo
  • Address redaction confirmation
  • Boundary acceptance

Receipt privacy

Receipt photo stays private.

Your receipt photo is used only as private review evidence for the OurLocal pilot access process.

It should not appear publicly. It should not show during ticket bumps. It should not be used as public proof of official dues standing.

Hide, crop, or cover your address before submitting. Card number can remain visible for the Golden Ticket flow. Address stays hidden by default.

After submission

Your first status should be SELF_SUBMITTED.

SELF_SUBMITTED means you sent in your Golden Ticket information and it is waiting for review or confidence signals. It does not mean official dues standing, hall approval, dispatch eligibility, book status, referral eligibility, or official verification.

Build note

Next implementation step

This page locks the copy and field expectations. The next code step is wiring the actual submit form to require these fields, save the submission, default new submissions to SELF_SUBMITTED, and keep receipt photos private. Shocking concept: forms should ask for the things users keep trying to put in the notes field.
