Golden Ticket Status Guide

This page locks the OurLocal Golden Ticket language into simple status levels. Green means good. Yellow means waiting. Red means fix it. Gray means pending or unknown, because missing data should never pretend to be official.

Hard boundary

Golden Ticket status is OurLocal platform status only.

It is not official dues verification, hall approval, dispatch authorization, book status, referral eligibility, grievance authority, legal authority, or official union membership proof. Always verify official matters directly with the hall.

ACTIVE

Your OurLocal Golden Ticket is active for platform access and member-to-member identity.

Member action

You can show your ticket, use member features, and bump tickets inside OurLocal.

Boundary

Active means active inside OurLocal only. It is not official hall verification, official dues verification, dispatch authorization, book status, or referral eligibility.

SELF_SUBMITTED

You submitted your Golden Ticket information and it is waiting for review or confidence signals.

Member action

You can keep using the pilot preview while your submission is reviewed.

Self-submitted means the information came from the member. It does not prove official union membership, official dues standing, hall approval, dispatch eligibility, book status, or referral eligibility.

NEEDS_REVIEW

Needs Review

Plain meaning

Your Golden Ticket information needs review before it can become active inside OurLocal.

Member action

Check that your Local number, classification, card number, paid-through date, and receipt photo are complete.

Boundary

This is an OurLocal review status only. It is not official dues verification, hall approval, dispatch eligibility, book status, or referral eligibility.

EXPIRED

Your paid-through date appears to have passed or your ticket needs renewed inside OurLocal.
